- Response to an Active Capability Gap or Call for Solutions
What they’re asking for
ACC-APG wants commercial innovative solutions or capabilities that fill requirements, close gaps, or advance the art, plus basic through advanced R&D and prototypes. Two processes: Active Capability Gaps, and government-issued Calls for Solutions (posted under Links). RFIs posted under AOS are market research only.
How to respond
Read the current AOS PDF on SAM.gov. Either respond to an Active Capability Gap via the mailboxes in Section J, or answer a specific Call for Solutions. Do not send a generic 5-page brief unless the current AOS document still describes that path.
