What they’re asking for
CBP states this is a UAS platform requirement. Eligible SDVOSB vendors must be active in SAM.gov, show apparent capability, execute DHS Form 11000-6 (NDA) and initial the Other SBU category, limit access to need-to-know personnel, and not further disseminate the package. Access requests require legal name, UEI, CAGE, SAM confirmation, SDVOSB status, a capability statement on UAS platform/integration/testing/training/support, and agreement to the NDA. Access is not guaranteed.
How to respond
First, an access request by email as instructed on the SAM.gov notice. If CBP releases the package, a proposal against 70B06C26R00000185. Do not expect the full SOW on the public page.
