- SBIR Proposal on DSIP
What they’re asking for
The proposing small business should already have hardware that meets one or both areas named on SBIR.gov: (1) a HUD for FPV operations with an integrated display, signal inputs, and mounts for antennas, transmitters, and power; (2) an integrated HUD with native 6DOF tracking using onboard cameras, IMUs or magnetometers, compute, and battery. For Phase I awardees, ONR says it will provide operational context and technical thresholds — wording on the SBIR.gov copy; confirm how that applies on DSIP.
How to respond
A proposal on DSIP after 27.1 opens (28 Oct–25 Nov 2026, 12:00 p.m. ET). Search DON27BX01-NP001. Confirm phase, page limit, and award ceiling on the official DSIP topic; SBIR.gov warns its copy may not be current.
