What they’re asking for
Official topic text: covert sensing using illuminators of opportunity. The sensor shall not transmit any RF energy. The DoW wants a low-cost, multi-channel, attritable X-band passive radar with SAR imaging and GMTI, tightly synchronized multi-channel receivers for reference-signal acquisition, spatial processing, and clutter cancellation. Optimized for extreme SWaP-C and Group 1/2 or UGS deployment.
