- USMC Own Force Monitoring at Echelon (OFM-E) RFI
- Due Oct 29, 11:59 PM ET
- Information Package, 20 Pages
What they’re asking for
OFM-E is persistent monitoring at company, battalion, and higher, used by spectrum managers and comms specialists. The capability should baseline emissions, detect anomalies, find unauthorized transmissions, and support signature management and EMCON. This RFI is about OFM-E, not the squad-level sensor. They want COTS/NDI, improved SWaP, and SOSA alignment. Responses should include a spec compliance matrix, production/reliability data, TRL of components, TDP-rights discussion, and whether you would attend a later Industry Day.
How to respond
An information package, 20 pages max (Word or PDF, 12-point), by email as listed on SAM.gov (M67854-26-I-2023). Subject line: “OFM/S RFI M67854-26-I-2023.” Draft specs are available on request as described in the notice.
