What they’re asking for
The public notice says PACER will fund study efforts on novel concepts and R&D to mature technologies to an appropriate TRL, in support of AFRL/RA’s mission in transformative aerospace technologies. Specific call topics, including any TAWODI statement of objectives, are not in the listing we retrieved.
How to respond
Follow the two-step PACER instructions on SAM.gov. If you are answering a named call (e.g. TAWODI), use that call’s attachments. Confirm clearance, CMMC, and accounting gates in those documents before you assume they apply.
